Lloyd Biggs BSc (Hons) (Director of Football)
Experience:
His playing career cut short through injury, Lloyd went into coaching at an early age. Within that time he has gained much experience at both youth and senior level, and now holds the coveted UEFA A Licence. For five years he worked in the U.S.A as director of coaching for a large organisation. Throughout working in the states he coached age groups from six to eighteen years, advanced and beginners, girls and boys. In addition to this he as also established himself locally, in the past coaching the under 18/reserve squads at both St. Leonards and Hastings as well as stepping up to the post of 1st team coach at St. Leonards. At present along with directing all the football at SAFA, he coaches at the Charlton FC Academy, where he manages/coaches the under 12 age group. In addition to this Lloyd also lectures part-time at Hastings College on the HND Sports Science course and at present is undertaking the SAQ I-diploma.

Jimmy Elford (Coach)
Experience:
Jimmy is employed full time at a sports college working as a teacher of Physical Education and as a school sports coordinator. Formally of Hailsham Town F.C. and St. Leonards F.C. He currently plays for Hastings United F.C. in the Dr Martens Eastern Division. Additionally Jimmy has national honours, representing England Universities for the last two seasons. He is currently working towards his F.A. 1st 4-sport level 3 Certificate.

Ken Dullaway (Coach)
Experience:
Ken was a former youth Goalkeeper at Brighton and played locally for both Stamco F.C. and Hastings Town F.C. After a knee injury forced him into early retirement Ken went into management. From there He became more interested in the coaching side of the game. Ken has spent time at the Gills coaching there youth Goalkeepers and presently Ken directs all Goalkeeping courses at SAFA as well as coaching at all development centres; also He is the reserve team manager at Hastings Town FC. In addition to this, at present Ken is working with Lloyd to put in place a Goalkeeping programme, which will run through the months of April to September.

Graham Morris BSc (Hons) (Coach)
Experience:
Graham, a P.E. teacher at William Parker Sports College, has been coaching now for around 6 years and has gained experience working both in England and in America. He has spent three summers working as a coach and a course director of many football camps throughout America. Graham has also gained valuable experience from playing the game. He played for Hastings Town for about 4 years, progressing from the Under 16 team to the first team. He then transferred to Eastbourne United where he spent just over a season. After a brief spell at Hailsham Town, he moved to Sidley United (Sussex County division 1), he has now moved back to Hastings Town where he started his senior career. Graham has also been selected for England Under 18 Schoolboy trials, played for Sussex Schools Under19 and also played for the South East England University team.

Jim Colston BSY (Sp. Psy.) (Coach)
Experience:
Jim, a full-time employee with SAFA, has been coaching Youth Football for seven years after giving up his own playing career because of a persistent knee injury. Presently, in addition to coaching for SAFA he is also a coach for the English Schools F.A. and the Rother League representative squad. He is totally committed to the development of youth footballers at every age and ability with his coaching philosophy being based on three words - Enjoyment, Effort and Enthusiasm, all of which are evident in his coaching sessions. Jim became part of the SAFA coaching organisation in February 2001 after being invited to conduct a session by the Director Of Coaching. Presently Jim is also undertaking the SAQ I-diploma.

Dave Willett (Goalkeeping Coach)
Experience:
Having had a long career playing both senior and representative football locally Dave decided to put something back into the game through coaching. Dave is a keen goalkeeping coach and is also involved on the Goalkeeping coaching for SAFA. Dave is currently undertaking the UEFA A Licence.

Daniel Small (Coach)
Experience:
Daniel gained much experience during his youth playing days, spending time at both Tottenham Hotspurs and Brighton & Hove Albion, along with representing South East Sussex schools and Sussex county as a schoolboy. In the past Daniel has played Dr Martens league football for both St. Leonards and Hastings Town F.C. At this present time He is coaching primarily with SAFA, working at the Development centre and on their holiday courses. In the past Daniel has also worked for Tottenham in the Community.

David Temple (Coach)
Experience:
During His schoolboy days David had trial periods with Aston Villa, Gillingham and Bournemouth. In addition to these accolades He also represented the county at all school ages. When making the move from youth to senior football David started very brightly and at the age of sixteen years became one of the youngest players to make a full senior Dr. Martens League appearance at St Leonards. After more success David left the club moving to rivals Hastings Town, however unfortunately after only a few months at the club suffered an injury that ended his career prematurely. Presently David is coaching for SAFA working both at the development centre and within the Schools programme, He also coaches on the holiday courses. David is currently working towards gaining his F.A. 1st 4 Sport Level 3 Coaching Award. Additionally he is also studying for a degree in Sports Science at Brighton Uni. .
